Client: Thomas Building via M2 contracting
Scope: Wall Framing, Ceiling Installation & External Cladding
Architectural Elegance with Purpose
Located in a prime urban setting, The Alocasia is a thoughtfully designed six-level, twenty-apartment development that combines architectural innovation with functional living. With its clever use of natural light, ventilation, and visual elements, this project is a benchmark in modern medium-density residential design.

Our Contribution: Walls, Ceilings & Cladding
Lee Contracting supplied and installed the internal wall framing and ceiling systems, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet acoustic, fire, and design standards throughout the apartments and common areas.
We also installed the distinctive external cladding, including the signature perforated metal façade screens that provide shade, privacy, and enhance the building’s modern aesthetic.
Optimised Living Through Orientation and Light
All apartments face north to maximise natural light, while circulation corridors on the south side feature louvered windows for solar access and ventilation. The perforated cladding screens add park views and filtered sunlight, creating a comfortable and visually appealing environment.
Reducing Visual Mass with Innovative Design
Corner apartments on floors 1 to 5 showcase a unique checkerboard pattern of perforated screens, breaking up the building’s mass and adding dynamic architectural interest.
Setting New Standards in Residential Construction
Lee Contracting is proud to have contributed to The Alocasia, a project that demonstrates how smart design and quality workmanship can transform urban living spaces.
